Kreating New Collaborations offer a range of virtual and in person events to upskill leaders and their teams.

We pride ourselves on highly interactive and thought provoking workshops where strategies and tools are shared, and more importantly time in the session to apply learning to your own circumstance. Our virtual workshops run for 90 minutes in line and adhere to adult learning principles of short formal learning, learning from others, and application in your workplace. To ensure we give you the best opportunity to embed your learning into behavioural change we also offer a 30 minute 1:1 virtual connection to answer any questions that you find once the workshop is over!

Our key facilitator is Kerrie Nobes, founder, coach and facilitrainer (training through facilitated dicussions and activities). Kerrie is a qualified coach and has been facilitating learning for some 20 + years. With a strong leadership background and having worked across industries she brings a wealth of knowledge and relatable stories to our workshops. She is an accredited facilitator of DiSC Behavioural Model, HBDI, GENOS and ECR emotional intelligence & leadership tools.

We also tailor learning solutions for in-house learning and love to collaborate as partners in creating on-point learning solutions.
