Sontaan is a Cacao facilitator in the Northern beaches, devoted to sharing this ancient heart-opening medicine in grounded, intentional ceremony with the community.

Cacao has long been used in sacred ritual as a bridge between the physical and spiritual worlds, inviting us to soften, listen inward, and return to the wisdom of the heart.

Trained also as a spiral practitioner, body worker, and yoga teacher, Sontaan weaves movement, breath, and embodied awareness into her offerings to create transformative spaces for healing and remembrance.
