This is a friendly reminder that @EventName is coming up soon! We are very excited to welcome you to our upcoming camp running Friday 14th - Sunday 16th November 2025.

We have a number of exciting things on offer for all of our campers including:

A fantastic line-up of talented artists to entertain you during the event
A huge array of kid’s activities to let the kids enjoy some fun times
As usual we have an amazing array of home cooked food at very affordable prices
And of course, we will have merchandise for sale along with heaps of raffle prizes and auction prizes to help us raise as much money as possible

Please read the important information below for the event:

PLEASE NOTE THERE WILL BE NO CAMPFIRES THIS YEAR. YOU CAN BRING PATIO AND OUTDOOR HEATERS, BUT NO OPEN CAMPFIRES, NO EXCEPTIONS.

Please park on Stennings Lane, and avoid driving into the property if possible

Important timing

Gates open at 12:00pm sharp (Friday 14th November).
For CAMPERS arriving on Saturday 15th November, please arrive by 12:00pm.
We will be vacating the location by approximately 12:00pm on Sunday.

Camping

If you are planning on attending with a group of people and you have not pre-booked a site, it is advisable that you all arrive together so we can put you together in our unallocated area
Caravans must be unhitched if they do not fit within your site
Campsites are not powered

Campfires. Unfortunately, due to insurance reasons, there will be no campfires this year, no exceptions. You can, however, bring patio and outdoor heaters.

Parking. Parking is available on Stennings Lane, for any vehicles that will not be parked on your campsite.

Toilets. There will be toilets at several locations around the site, including a disability access toilet.

First Aid. A designated First aid area is located at the gatehouse.

What to bring

Will we be able to bring our own food? We encourage you not to bring food and support our charity by buying the very reasonably priced food and drinks that we have on offer.

Cash Out. Our kitchen, raffles and merchandise areas are all equipped should you need to withdraw cash.

Smoking. While smoking is discouraged, please only smoke if need be in the confines of your camping area or away from other campers.

Dogs. You can bring dogs, however they must be kept on a leash at all times. This event takes place on private property and dogs must be kept securely away from livestock on location.

What happens if it rains or becomes a fire hazard? In extreme weather conditions whereby CFA have deemed the day/night unsafe, the event will be postponed. As much notice as possible will be given if this happens.

Electric and mobility scooters Please be aware that use of electric scooters/ electric mobility equipment including golf carts is restricted, this is for the safety of all campers.

Horse race On Friday night, campers will have the chance to bid at auction for one of six horses. These horses will then line up to compete in the inaugural Camp4Cancer Cup on Saturday evening. The winning horse’s owner (or syndicate) will take home 50% of the total proceeds from Friday’s auctions — plus ultimate bragging rights as the first-ever Camp4Cancer Cup Champion! So gather your family, friends, and fellow campers, form your syndicates, and get ready to bid, cheer, and make a difference.

Tent erecting competition. We’re looking for couples to take part in a fun competition with some great prizes up for grabs! If you and your partner would like the chance to compete, simply write both of your names on a slip of paper and drop it into the box located at the front of the stage. Just before the event begins, three couples will be randomly drawn to take part. The challenge: be the fastest couple to put up and take down a two-man tent! The quickest team wins the prize! So get your names in early, and join in the fun!

Memorial Slideshow. While the Camp4Cancer weekend is a fun and uplifting event, we are all brought together by a shared connection — having been either directly or indirectly affected by cancer. Our Memorial Wall offers a moment of reflection, allowing us to honor and remember our loved ones who are currently battling, have survived, or have passed due to cancer.
