Event description

Healthcare professionals’ perspectives on the barriers and enablers of cancer clinical trial participation in the Australian Arabic-speaking community

We are seeking healthcare professionals working with adults (≥ 18 years) with cancer from the Australian Arabic-speaking community. The aim of this study is to try to understand the needs of
people with cancer from Australian Arabic-speaking communities and their interest in participating in cancer clinical trials. This will help us to increase the participation of culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) community members in cancer clinical trials with a view to improving health outcomes for all Australians.
