This is an amazing opportunity for carers to get an entry-level experience of Sound Therapy and Relaxation in a safe and trusted space.

1-hour class with Lauren from Nourishing Harmony

Participants will be taken on a personal journey of relaxation as they are immersed in the soothing soundscape of vibrations from singing bowls, gong, drums and chimes.
Each session can be tailored and tempered to participants needs.
Wear comfortable clothing

Stop if something doesn't feel right
Let the instructor know if you have any physical / health needs
Bring a drink bottle

NOTE: Carers who also have paid employment in the sector are not eligible for these sessions. This activity is intended to offer capability, opportunity and development to informal carers in the broader carer community. Carers who are registered with our centre and accessing peer support, group and therapeutic support will be given priority.
