Join us for the CLCN Student Care Initiative, a program dedicated to supporting international students as they navigate the complexities of Australia's social and legal systems.

Our second session, "Accessing Legal Assistance through the Legal Services Commission South Australia," is designed to provide essential knowledge and practical skills to help you understand your legal rights and how to access assistance when needed.

Keynote Speaker:

Mary-Anne Goldsworthy, Legal Education Officer at the Legal Services Commission South Australia, will deliver a comprehensive talk on accessing legal assistance in Australia.

Mary-Anne began her legal career as a District Court Judge’s Associate and has since amassed extensive experience in both the public and private sectors. She has defended clients in various courts across lower and superior jurisdictions, handling a broad spectrum of cases from straightforward to complex matters. Now, as a community legal educator, she focuses on empowering individuals with knowledge of their rights and responsibilities, guiding them on where to access essential legal information and advice.
