I would like to invite you to the first in-person workshop of 2024 that is dedicated to coherence breathing.

The term coherence implies harmonious order, connectedness, stability, and efficient use of energy. Coherence is not relaxation as many people would think. It is a balance between the heart and the mind, that brings all aspects of ourselves into harmony. Coherence involves the active engagement of positive emotions whereas the relaxation state often disengages from cognitive and emotional processes.

Coherence is also a high-frequency state, that enables us to send positive vibrations to our own heart for healing but also those around us.

With this workshop, you will :

~ take valuable tools that you can reach out for in tricky and stressful situations

- understand what is a coherent state, heart intelligence, emotions, breath as a tool for accessing the coherent state

~ increase mental clarity

~ balance your nervous system

~ access your heart's wisdom/intuition

~ lower your blood pressure

~ access your vagus nerve

- learn a technique that is super simple, yet profound in accessing a coherent state at any time of the day - this can be taught to kids and bring them into a more balanced state.

This is a journey experienced as a calm, balanced yet energised, responsive state that is conducive to every day functioning and interaction.

You will get a beautiful practice to take home at the end that hopefully will take on a daily practice of connection to your heart.
