Colours of Motherhood Boundaries, Self Care and Identity Panel Discussion

Join us for a panel discussion with three amazing local mums all have different experiences and seasons of motherhood.

Find out how these mums look after themselves, what changed when they became a mum, relationship changes and the boundaries they have set around their parenting.

On the panel, we have:

Dr Hayley Glasson, a holistic GP with a focus on perinatal care, and mum of 2 young girls. She brings a wealth of knowledge from her own personal experiences, of returning to paid work in a demanding role, and navigating different generational parenting expectations.

Carlie Schofield, a proud Indigenous mum of 2 young girls, and an experienced counsellor who is passionate about supporting mums as they transition into and through motherhood. Carlie specialises in supporting mums who want to reconnect with themselves, discover their identity and reduce burnout after experiencing the challenge of isolation and overwhelm first hand.

Penny from Vinopenny who is a mum of one adult daughter and has come out 'the other side' of parenting. Penny brings hope and wisdom, with a friendly splash of reality and has experienced being a single parent and then moving into a blended family dynamic.

The group will be a maximum of 20 people, to ensure there is sufficient time for questions. You have the option to submit an anonymous question for the panel when you book your ticket, and we will also have an open QnA on the day.

Feel seen, and feel validated in your motherhood journey. This exhibition shares the stories of fifteen diverse mums, who have each contributed a story about a challenge they've experienced in motherhood. Can I Bring My Baby?
Babies and toddlers are welcome, but may need to be held in arms depending on the amount of space we have. Feeding is always welcome.
