In 2016, I was fortunate enough to discover the power of ice baths and the breath. IT CHANGED MY LIFE.
Since then I have studied the benefits and hosted ice baths for thousands of people. I am a certified ice bath instructor and breath coach.
People bathing in icy waters has been around for over a hundred years, yet it is only now we see how it can truly benefit our lives.
Living in an era with the highest standards of living, many of us have become uncomfortable, with being uncomfortable.
Our inability to deal with emotions…depression, anxiety and fear.

Also, a leader in Rites of Passage I use this teaching to give people an opportunity to seek change, growth and to connect.

I share my excitement for life with seekers, with my retreats and one-day events, not just to epiphany-seekers but to corporates and CEOs.
I aim to inspire you to be your true authentic self,
wear your heart on your sleeve and help you LIGHT A FIRE WITHIN.

Drawing on my experience of running a building company for 25 years,
I am now building a new vision on 70 acres of woodland in the Hepburn Springs Shire.
