Practical Empathy & Compassion for Everyday Life

~ Connected Conversations ~

A gentle 5‑part, fortnightly workshop series - come to one, come to many

In these sessions, we use simple body‑awareness practices and compassionate communication tools to help you:

♡ regulate your responses
♡ recognise your capacity
♡ respond authentically

Listening to others begins with listening to ourselves.

Building Better Relationships Through the Gift of Listening

We connect more fully - with ourselves and with others - when we learn to listen in a deeper, more human way.

How we listen:

• Presence - noticing what happens inside us as we listen
• Curiosity - staying open to someone’s experience
• Acceptance - allowing expression without judgement

REGULATE • ENGAGE • RESPOND

A simple, human pathway for building stronger, kinder, more confident relationships - starting with the way we listen.

Practical Empathy & Compassion for Everyday Life

Hi, I’m Katt, from beYOU2fullyCONNECT.

I create gentle, welcoming spaces where people can learn simple, body‑informed tools that make empathy, compassion and connection feel easier.

Over many years - as a teacher, community member, friend and curious observer of human nature - I’ve gathered practical strategies from different teachers and traditions.

I’m not teaching anything new.
I’m bringing together what already works, in small, usable pieces that make sense in everyday life.

Why I’m offering this

Many people feel stressed, misunderstood, unsure how to support others, or unsure how to express themselves. I’ve seen how simple relational skills can soften that - for individuals, families, workplaces, and communities.

My purpose is to share these learnings in a way that’s practical, accessible and kind.

To help conversations feel safer, clearer and more connected.
