Let your hair down and take off your shoes, explore the freedom of your body with movement.

Conscious & Ecstatic dance is freestyle movement with emphasis on mindful awareness and non-judgement. Honouring the body, emotions, energy and spirit.

Dance is a platform for meditation where we may explore our experience with loving kindness, curiosity and acceptance of ourselves and others.

We start with a gentle breathing practice then move into 45 minutes of rhythmic music. The sessions are curated with different themes relating to wellness. This is a mostly introspective process, however we are dancing in a communal space and there is an invitation to communicate with others through movement.

The session concludes with a crystal sound bath meditation, for integration and relaxation. Afterwards enjoy nourishing refreshments in community.

This is an alcohol and substance free event.

No dance experience required. Not suitable for children.
