Join us for a transformational experience where you will explore the power of your breath. Through this guided session, you will connect with your inner self, release tension, and cultivate blissful states. Led by Em, a Certified Trauma Informed Breathwork Facilitator, Reiki practitioner, Counsellor, NLP practitioner and Life Coach. Em brings a compassionate, nurturing and intuitive approach to breathwork, creating a safe and supportive space for transformation and healing to unfold.

What To Expect:

In this intimate event (10 people) you will be safely and expertly guided through techniques that can facilitate access to expanded states of consciousness. It is in this open state that you can experience personal growth and transformation. Expect to leave feeling refreshed, lighter, more connected, centred and relaxed.

Conscious Breathwork:

Using transformational breathwork, we give focus to the window of tolerance of the nervous system, the bodies innate wisdom and to creating safety in the body. Which gives the body permission to regulate the nervous system and release body stress, old energy, stored emotions, limiting beliefs and rewire neural paths. And ultimately return to its natural state of balance and ease.

Key Benefits:

Stress Reduction: Release stress, anxiety, and tension
Enhanced Vitality: Increase energy levels and overall well-being
Emotional Release: Facilitate the release of stored emotions and trauma
Mind-Body Connection: Deepen your connection with your body, mind and spirit

Who is this for:

Transformational breathwork is suitable for all individuals 16 years and above seeking stress relief, clarity, or a deeper connection with themselves. No prior breathwork experience is necessary.

Please note, this event may not be suitable for individuals with certain conditions. Reach out if you have a history of seizures, heart conditions, or are pregnant, or if you have a chronic mental or physical health condition before booking your ticket.

'My breathwork session with Emma was one of the more visceral and profound healing sessions I have received to date. This was my first time doing breath work, so I wasn't entirely sure what to expect. Emma did not disappoint! Her gentleness and ability to hold a safe nurturing space really allowed me to sink into a state where I was able to shift an energetic block from my solar plexus. I could feel this move through my body and release with the assistance of some energy work from Emma. My body was literally vibrating! ' Em Thompson

'Em is a wonderful practitioner, my experience was incredibly profound and I felt the benefits for weeks after my breathwork session with Em. I would highly recommend her to help you feel more connected to your body.' Lara Boielle

'Em’s intuitively guided one-on-one breathwork session was the most remarkable experience. Her innate sense of energy allows her to facilitate exactly what you need to release or revive, holding you through all the emotions that come up. Even in my advanced practice, it was fresh and new, allowing me to go places I hadn’t before. Her integration process, paired with healing music, settled me into a new way of being. The breath is our daily blessing, so specialists like Em are attuned to a higher essence of life. It was a real spiritual and personal moment.' Ella Golding
