Conscious Sisters is finally back with a new team of facilitators and we are so excited to see you all again! Let's bring the feminine & masculine together for a morning of connection, breathwork, a guided meditation, live sound healing & Ice baths.

Why Ice baths? Cold exposure has many amazing benefits for your mind and body. When we choose to get in an environment that we instinctively don’t want to be in, we are teaching our minds that we are in control. Consciously putting our mind under pressure in a safe and controlled environment and using our breath to control our state of being, allows our body to learn how to manage in situations of acute stress. In this way, we can use stress to combat stress in our daily lives.
