Join us twice a month for fun contra dances - a bit like bush dance and Scottish country dance, but even more fun! Expect lively dancing, a cup of tea and some supper.

What should I wear?

Wear whatever you're comfortable dancing in. There are no special shoes needed.

Can I come if I have never danced before?

Yes, we'd love to have you! Almost all of the dances we've chosen are beginner friendly. For your first time, come along at 7.15 for some basic instruction.

What is contra dance?

There is ample street parking nearby. It's a 14 minute walk from Chatham station, or 4 minutes from Tram 70 stop 51.
