Join us for 75mins of nourishing Yin Yoga and a Intuitive Sound bath. Offering you a space to slow down, relax the physical body and find inner peace. Gently switching from your sympathetic nervous system to the parasympathetic nervous system, cultivating relaxation, reducing stress while gently stretching and restoring. I will gently guide you through some Yin poses and as you find stillness in your asana (Poses) Steve and I will bath you with a beautiful intuitive Sound Bath, giving you the opportunity to Release, Relax and Let go of anything that does not serve you.

Bring a mat, Bolster or cushion/pillow and blanket to get cozy through the sound bath
