Join Ava and Ali for a 90 minute immersive experience designed to support relaxation, presence, and deep rest.

Beginning with gentle guided chanting and followed by an extended sound immersion, this session offers an opportunity to slow down, reconnect, and settle into stillness. Instruments may include handpan, Native American flute, crystal singing bowls, chimes, and acoustic percussion.

Facilitated with a trauma informed and inclusive approach, participants are encouraged to engage at their own pace and in a way that feels comfortable for them.

Whether you are seeking stress relief, emotional restoration, a deeper connection to meditation, or simply a peaceful pause from the demands of everyday life, this experience offers a welcoming and inclusive space to rest, reflect, and recharge.
