Description
It is our pleasure to invite you to the Mums and Carers weekend away in Orange. We hope this will be a weekend of meeting new people and making lifelong friends.
Please feel free to come and go at your convenience. We’ve organised a range of get-togethers, from relaxed dinners and drinks to a sit-down long lunch. There’s also plenty of time to explore the town, visit wineries and enjoy fabulous local food.

Lineup
Friday night drinks
Join us at Hotel Canobolas for welcome drinks to get the weekend started! Food and drink will be available on a pay as you go basis.
Saturday Long lunch
Join us for the main event at Banksia. This will be a chance for everyone to sit back, enjoy delicious food and soak up the afternoon together.
Saturday afters
For those who would like to keep on socialising, we will regroup at the Oriana Orange. Food and drink will be available on a pay as you go basis.
(Optional) Friday Wine Tasting at Canobolas Wines
Canobolas Wines are delighted to host wine tasting from 3.30 pm on Friday afternoon. We’ll travel by maxi taxi’s from a central location in Orange. The cost is $20 for the tasting, plus extra for the taxi.
(Optional) Saturday Wine Tasting at Philip Shaw
Before lunch, there will be an optional visit to a local winery for a relaxed wine tasting. This is an informal add‑on for anyone who would like to join us before we head to lunch. We’ll travel by taxi to and from the winery, returning to town in time to catch the bus to lunch.
