What’s it all about?

There are a lot of mixed emotions and tension right now around the current state of business culture and leadership in Australia.

What we tolerate is what we allow to persist and eventually become. This behaviour and action (or lack of) has been exposed and brought to the forefront in our news and media lately, driven by the devastating fires. This has led to a harsh and long overdue spotlight on a trend in organisations and leadership that is no longer sustainable nor acceptable.

At Earth2Mars, we see this as a brilliant opportunity to course correct and re-align our individual values, and what role we play in our workplace, shining the light on what it truly means to be a leader in the future of work. Organisations, SME’s, startups and entrepreneurs that are putting people first and truly paving the way forward for humanity are proving to be not only the catalyst in what we seek in healthy business cultures and leadership, but also commercially viable and sustainable businesses.

In this webinar session we will explore:

The current state of power models, culture and leadership in the workplace
Emerging models of power and humane leadership
Aligning what’s important to you (your values) and identifying your tribe (your culture)
How do you elevate yourself when you find yourself in a culture that doesn’t feel right
