Move, Restore, Create & Connect: November’s Creative Women’s Circle

Experience a blissful morning at the Creative Women’s Circle on Sunday, November 24th, at The Nest, a boutique yoga studio nestled among the trees in Avoca Beach.

This intimate 2-hour gathering will blend yoga, mindful art, meditation, and sharing, creating a serene space to move your body, restore your energy, and create from the heart. It’s a perfect opportunity to fill your cup in a relaxed setting before the busy season ahead. This sacred time offers a chance to reconnect with yourself, embrace the different phases of life, and find support in a caring community of women.

All materials will be provided, and a soothing cup of Organic Women’s Cycle tea will be available to nurture you throughout the experience.
