Join Ana-Flavia, founder of Kumali Creative Wellness, for a nurturing and soulful Creative Women’s Circle on Saturday, 23rd November, at The Nest, a boutique yoga studio nestled among the trees in Avoca Beach.

This intimate 2-hour experience blends yoga, art therapy, meditation, somatic practices, and sharing circles, offering you a serene space to move your body, restore your energy, and create from the heart.

It’s a sacred time to reconnect with yourself, embrace the current phases of your life, and connect with a supportive community of women. All yoga and art materials are provided, and you’ll enjoy a soothing cup of Organic Women’s Cycle tea to nurture your body throughout the experience.

This is your time to move, restore, create, and connect in a tranquil, safe & welcoming space.

Time: Please arrive by 3:15 PM for a 3:30 PM start
