Panellists

Dr. Jan Henrik Gruenhagen is the Acting Course Director for the Diploma in Innovation and a Lecturer in Innovation and Entrepreneurship at UTS's Transdisciplinary School. His teaching is hands-on and practical, focusing on project-based learning where he supports students to achieve their goals. Jan's research focuses on entrepreneurship, innovation systems, and the development, adoption, and diffusion of new technologies.

Dr Jarnae Leslie is the Deputy Course Director of the Diploma in Innovation at Transdisciplinary School. With a focus on sustainability, system change, and waste reduction, Jarnae is committed to shaping sustainable futures within the built environment. Since 2019, she has taught at UTS, specialising in creative innovation, complex systems, and futures thinking. Her contributions to teaching and student development have been recognised with two awards: the UTS Learning and Teaching Award (2021) and the UTS Learning and Teaching Citation (2019).
