This is a shorter Nature Therapy Walk for those who would like a small taste of what one is like. It’s for anyone who feels the need to re-connect, slow down, feels stressed, has been unwell, has had trauma and feels out of balance.

I would love you to join me as we move through a grounding meditation, followed by a slow sensory Nature Therapy walk at the lovely hidden location at Fingal Head. (At the end of Lighthouse Parade - Beach end).
