10am-12pm: Discovery Session – Kinesiology | Mind Body Medicine | Integrative Complementary Medicine

Where our health system is heading and the importance of complementary medicine in the future.

The importance of looking at human beings holistically when it comes to health and wellbeing.

12-1:30pm Lunch break

1:30-4:30pm Introduction to Kinesiology and Mind Body Medicine for Wellbeing.

This 3 hour workshop introduces you to the world of Kinesiology and muscle monitoring. We will explore the 5 element theory from the traditional Chinese model. You will learn the basics of muscle monitoring and learn how to monitor 5 muscles that are related to 5 elements. We will also look at acupressure points that can be used to help bring each element closer to harmony. We will explore some fundamental Kinesiology techniques like emotional stress relieve and the neurolymphatic system. The workshop also touches on the use of essential oils and flower essences.

Some of the techniques that you will learn can be very beneficial for:

Stress reduction
Emotional stress release
Pain reduction
Improve overthinking

Each participant will receive a manual so they can use techniques at home or clinic.
