Ahoy, mateys and ocean explorers! Celebrate the City of Fremantle’s pirate-themed school holiday spirit at Clancy’s Fish Pub with hands-on, mess-free DIY craft for all ages and all abilities.

Set sail for a morning of creative treasure hunting!

As Fremantle transforms into a haven for swashbucklers and seafaring adventurers these school holidays, Next Door Crafties is popping up at the iconic Clancy’s Fish Pub for our signature, inclusive DIY series.

Whether your little creators dream of sailing the high seas as a legendary pirate or diving deep into the ocean as a magical mermaid, this workshop brings the magic of the coast to life through upcycled materials, nature-inspired crafting, and pure imagination.

WHAT WE'RE MAKING

Choose your pathway (or mix and match!):

🏴‍☠️ Pirate Treasures: Craft custom eye patches, upcycled treasure chests, and wooden cutlass/map keepsakes.

🧜‍♀️ Mermaid Magic: Design shell crowns, sparkly upcycled mermaid tails, and ocean-inspired charms.

Every participant takes home a solid, handcrafted wooden keepsake, perfect for placing against a garden tree, a bedroom skirting board, or a bookshelf!
