About the host: Newcastle Pride Inc is an inclusive, vibrant, fun Newcastle based incorporated association, an LGBTIQA+ community-based charity organisation established in March 2018. Newcastle Pride celebrates sexuality and gender diversity in Newcastle, Lake Macquarie and the Hunter Region within and outside our community. We work collaboratively to foster LGBTIQA+ Pride. We are fully inclusive.

Our vision is to empower the current and future generations to be their true selves and feel accepted, find their voice and be proud of who they are, regardless of their gender identity or sexuality. We aspire to a safer, more inclusive future for our community.

Newcastle, Hunter and Lake Macquarie Pride respectfully Acknowledge the Traditional Custodians and rightful Owners of the lands on which we gather, celebrate and work, the Awabakal, Worimi, Wonnarua and Darkinjung people. We Acknowledge the Elders of the past and present.
