2020 Early Intervention: An Evidence-Based Approach - Parramatta

This course reviews recent research findings from the WISE (Work Injury Screening and Early Intervention), PGAP (Progressive Goal Attainment Program) and PACE (Plan of Action for a CasE) studies, and explores practical examples of how these can then be applied in the workplace.

Person-centred case management principles as well as a the biopsychosocial approach to case management are explored, enabling employers to build early intervention frameworks to better manage return to work.
