WHAT IS THIS ALL ABOUT?
This learning opportunity is part of our emerging PIA Apprenticeship Learning Ecosystem (PALE).
In two 12-month series, you are invited to join a steady-flowing learning encounter supporting you to develop your fluency and artistry in practising and sharing Presence in Action (PIA).
Alongside others, you will experience, witness, grapple with and practise sharing Louie’s doctoral account of what, between 2010-2022, gave rise to, and supports the efficacy of our PIA praxis and Symmathesic Agency.
WHEN WILL SESSIONS TAKE PLACE?
Sessions will take place monthly, on the second Thursday of each month, 1800-2030h
Sessions will be ONLINE, in PIA Collective's kumospace platform https://www.kumospace.com/piac-community
WHO IS THIS FOR?
Sessions in Series 1 & 2 are open to ALL members of PIA Collective. We will chew on bite-sized chunks from Louie's doctoral submission, sharing our experiences, questions and exploring personal and collective confusions and conundrums.
As part of growing our PIA apprenticeship learning ecosystem, PIAC Members resourcing themselves to become Associate PIA Trainers will participate in BOTH Series. They will also attend TWO Train The Trainer (TTT) Practise events (3.5 days) which will wrap around each ASG in 2027 and 2028.
SIMILAR AND DIFFERENT
Series 1 (2026-2027) will be hosted and facilitated by Louie. Registered participants will attend monthly sessions, having undertaken mutually agreed preparatory engagement with topics (selected session-by-session).
Series 2 (2027-2028) will be similar and different. Similar, in that registered participants will attend monthly sessions, having undertaken mutually agreed preparatory engagement with topics (selected session-by-session). Different, in that Louie will take a step back, opening the space for those participants on the Associate PIA Trainer trail to 'take turns' to step forward into hosting and facilitating the learning experiences of everyone else in the space.
WHAT WILL IT COST?
Single sessions: £60 + £3.91
e-publication: £60 + £3.91
Price per Series (12 sessions/recordings + e-publication) FULL payment upfront: £600 (saving £180) + £40.82
Price per Series (12 sessions/recordings + e-publication) MONTHLY payments by standing/order: £700 (saving £80) + £46.28 booking fees. Monthly payments, taking into account booking fees of £46.28 will be:
first payment of £62 + £46.28 = £108.28 due by 1st April.
eleven monthly payments of £58 payable on the 1st of each month.

MATERIALS
Those paying for each series in full, or ahead of each session-by-session by monthly standing order, will receive a digital e-publication that encompasses the entirety of Louie’s composite Doctoral Submission.
Those paying on an ad hoc monthly basis may buy the e-publication separately.
REGISTERING FOR EATING ARB
Eating ARB Series 1: available to book NOW, (recordings from previous sessions available to Series ticket-holders)
Eating ARB Series 2: available to book January 2027, starting April 2027.
RECORDING
Sessions may be recorded in part or whole, depending on the nature and context.
INFORMATION for those following the TRAIN THE TRAINER (TTT) Trail
- What will it cost to participate in each TTT-ASG 2027 and 2028?
Assoc PIA Train the Trainer trail:
Declare and confirm by email to Louie (louie@potent6.co.uk) and Judith (judith@potent6.co.uk) about your intention to participate in each TTT-ASG 2027 and TTT-ASG 2028 (all dates in PIAC calendar).
Email Judith (hello@piacollective.org) requesting invoices from PIAC and paying TWO non-returnable deposits by BACS for each event. Deposits will enable those organising each ASG event to secure additional accommodation and subsistence bookings for TTT participants as well as ASG attendees.
Balance of payments for accommodation and meals for each TTT-ASG event will be invoiced alongside all attendees in January 2027 and 2028. Based on past costings for previous ASGs (£300), you can expect to pay around £600 per TTT-ASG.
NB. PIAC will pay the associated 3.5-day TTT training fees (for Potent 6). Paying these fees on behalf of members following the TTT trail is considered an investment in extending and deepening the resilience and longevity of our PIA Apprenticeship Learning Ecosystem.
