Louie's pioneering doctoral research is at the forefront of all she does, including seeding Presence in Action and nurturing the evolution of Presence in Action Collective. Alongside Jo Birch, she co-delivers the Crucial Difference Coaching Supervision Diploma Programme. Louie is a Fellow of the RSA.
Louie’s empathic understanding of the dynamics and patterns that play out in human systems is born of her deeply reflexive engagement with herself, others, work and life. Her unconventional approaches enable people to embrace new paradigms and to develop greater acuity, agility, fluency and artistry in life and work.
