She’s committed to creating experiences and transmissions that invite people to meet their most authentic expression through the vehicles of music, embodiment & dance.As an advocate of Elemental Awakening and a teacher of the #5elementsdance Activation, the elementals are her allies, offering powerful guidance and healing to her inner and outer worlds.
