This gathering is created for women who want to reconnect with themselves in an embodied way — slow, intentional, grounded.

Inside the session, you’ll be guided through:

– A gentle drop from mind into body
– Somatic movement to release stagnant or held energy
– Practices to feel your body’s “yes” and “no”
– Moments of stillness that invite clarity
– Breath-led awareness to soften tightness and create inner spaciousness
– A remembering of what presence feels like inside your own skin

My friend Z will be joining us, offering gentle intuitive insights for each person who attends.
Her reflections are not predictions or pressure — simply a quiet illumination that supports what your body is already revealing.
