'The Sensual Self’
My intention is a space where we can come to venture into our sensual energy. To be celebrated and seen in a nurturing environment. Above all else in this class we will let go, have fun & get out of our heads and into our bodies.
We all have different skin, bodies, hair, personalities & energetic qualities but we all share the commonality of wanting to feel liberated & embodied in our uniqueness.
When we explore our sensuality we step deeper into the empowering essence of our wild women. Which translates into self confidence, self worth, self love and creation. From here this translates into how we show up in our everyday lives.
So here will be a space for exploration with direction to help build comfort in the elements we don’t have enough spaces to freely & safely express.
Sometimes we just need to play, get silly, dance to sexy tunes & be in an encouraging environment, surrounded by like minded humans.
So without further ado….

What ever makes you feel good !! This can be different for everyone. Laundrette, baggy sweatpants, baggy tee, tights, swimming cap, yoga wear. Bare feet or sneakers are also perfect.
Literally anything you feel comfy and confident in. It helps to be feeling yourself to drop in with your self.
