MAIN CHARACTER ENERGY ✨

The option is there to wear something that brings out your main character energy.

Come comfortable, come bold, come as you are. 💃

6 - 7.30 pm - The Regular Embodied class

This is an invitation to come home to yourself, move your body and feel more confident within. You will leave feeling lighter, freer, and more alive. This experience is designed to help you reconnect with yourself through movement - focusing less on performance and more on how it feels in your body.

No prior dance experience needed - this is for those just curious to try something new

You Can Expect:
• Embodiment/Nerovus System practices that help you release tension
• A dance routine
• A welcoming and supportive environment for all

7.30 onwards - The full experience (optional and limited to 10)

We’ll finish the class, then keep the energy going with a private karaoke session in the CBD (Midnight Shanghai @ Riverside) just for us where we can enjoy some food, drink & have fun.

This part includes karaoke + 1 complimentary drink on arrival, food + a goodie bag.

Come for the dancing, stay for the karaoke and the opportunity to connect with likeminded women.

** Refunds are available up to 48 hours before the event
