Course Overview:

Research shows that managers account for up to 70% of the variance in employee engagement, making effective people management one of the most critical drivers of team performance, retention, and overall business success. This 1-day experiential workshop, People Management for Leaders is designed to strengthen the essential leadership capabilities required to lead teams more effectively in today’s dynamic work environment.

The program focuses on building a people-first leadership mindset, enhancing communication and feedback skills, and equipping leaders with practical tools to drive performance, engagement, and accountability.

Through a blend of real-world scenarios, role plays, and reflective exercises, participants gain actionable strategies they can immediately apply in their teams.

Why this is different from other leadership courses:

This program stands out from typical leadership courses because it is highly practical, focused, and immediately applicable to real workplace challenges. Instead of emphasizing generic leadership theories, it zeroes in on core people management skills such as communication, feedback, performance management, and handling difficult conversations.

The program also provides simple frameworks like SBI and GROW, enabling leaders to apply their learning from day one. Combined with a focus on behavior change, peer learning, and a clear action plan, it ensures measurable impact on team performance, engagement, and leadership effectiveness.
