HoloSoma "A whole~body Awakening"


TIMETABLE

1.00pm - Stepping off ~ Arrive, settle. Intention setting & introduction.

1.30pm -  Breathe - Setting our foundation on breath. 

2.00pm - Movement - Movements to release held tensions, stuck emotions & stress.

2.45pm - Vagal recalibration ~ Body movements supporting, integration & connection. 

3.00pm - Journaling & integrating your experience & creating a clear direction forward.

Need to retune into you? "A Whole-Body Awakening" is your opportunity to feel everything—even the uncomfortable stuff, which is sometimes the good stuff. It’s a space to release held tensions and stresses, & to begin exploring the relationship between your body & mind, & ultimately, your relationship with yourself.

Te-Awa Taputoro is the founder of HoloSoma.

Te-Awa is an embodiment coach dedicated to supporting others to come into a deeper loving relationship with their body & mind. With over 15 years of experience in health and fitness, Te-Awa brings extensive expertise in empowering individuals & groups.

Her extensive knowledge spans various disciplines, including yoga teacher specialising in yoga therapy, trauma-applied yoga & Hatha yoga. Additionally, Te-Awa has a background in contemporary movement, embodied shadow work which incorporates traditional movements integrating multiple movement forms into her unique skill set.

Te-Awa's passion for honouring our body as a sacred space fuels a truth of "Empowerment through Embodiment"
