This retreat is designed to release tension, open your flow, recalibrate & open to new ways of being. The structure of the day is designed to guide you through body-mind practices including somatic therapy, (AKA intention and purposeful movement) vagal toning (tapping into your body with feelings of safety & connection) Cacao (supportive guidance & integration from the amazing intelligence of plants) Reflective journalling.

11:00am – 1:00pm | RELEASE – Meeting Your Edge

Phase one - Flowing with release. Connect breath, body & movement & some theory stuff. Explore your body mind edges through feeling tension & stress held in your body - release & expand.

1:00pm – 3:00pm | RECEIVE – Inviting the Guest

Phase two - Flowing with receptivity. Opening up to new insights, inspiration, and possibilities. Reflective journaling with guided questions, vagal toning, yin yoga & lunch.

3:00pm – 5:00pm | INTEGRATE – Embodied Change

Phase three - Flowing with integration. Anchor your transformation with intentional action. Integration must be present for transformation To transform is to change. In phase three we work with anchoring deep into our body through Cacao, Sound, Breath & integrative circle.

Te-Awa Taputoro is the founder of HoloSoma.

Te-Awa is an embodiment coach dedicated to supporting others to come into a deeper loving relationship with their body & mind. With over 15 years of experience in health and fitness, Te-Awa brings extensive expertise in empowering individuals & groups.

Her extensive knowledge spans various disciplines, including yoga teacher specialising in yoga therapy, trauma-applied yoga & Hatha yoga. Additionally, Te-Awa has a background in contemporary movement, embodied shadow work which incorporates traditional movements integrating multiple movement forms into her unique skill set.
