What to Expect:

This four-week journey includes two in-person sessions (one at the start and one at the end), weekly check-ins, plus three easy at-home actions to help you get the most out of your food.

At this special 'Burger Banquet', we’ll be sharing kai and learning the basic cooking and food storage techniques you might not have thought of. We welcome both carnivores and herbivores.
