Every Daughter Matters - Walk for Freedom 2026

WBC invites you to join us on our WALK for FREEDOM; a family friendly coastal walk dedicated to raising vital funds and community awareness for Every Daughter Matters, in the fight against human trafficking. Open to participants of all ages, this is set to be a wonderful day out for the whole family. 

We will meet at Tom Simpson Park, Mullaloo from 8:30am with the walk commencing at 9am. We will take the coastal path to Mullaloo Beach Lookout (Approximate distance 2km) and then return to Tom Simpson Park. (Total distance 4.4km) There will be a sausage sizzle on the lawn at the conclusion of the walk, so come prepared with spare change and be sure to stay around for that. 

Participants are encouraged to wear bright pink and black (EDM colours!) showing unity and solidarity as we come together for this important cause. Please note, children do not need to purchase a ticket if walking with an adult family member.

Online registration closes midday Monday 05/10/26. However, if you miss the cut-off, participants are welcome to register by paying cash on the day.

-While the walk will be at a leisurely pace, please consider your personal fitness and ability to complete the distance

-Wear the appropriate walking shoes

-Wear SPF

-Bring a full bottle of water

-Wear a hat to reduce sun exposure

-Wear appropriate walking attire
