The perfect transition from school to home with a relaxed and fun afternoon of gentle movement, breathing and mindfulness in nature

Our session will start with a welcome circle and fun group yoga and mindfulness session (suitable for all ages and levels of fitness)

Followed by yoga and mindfulness activities, crafts and games

*Suitable for Kids 3-10 years

*Bubs in arms and younger siblings welcome

*Parents & Caregivers are encouraged to join in and enjoy the morning together

What to Bring (Yoga mats are provided)

* Sunsafe comfortable clothing to move in

* Hat & Pre Applied Sunscreen and bug repellant (as there can be a few bugs around)

* Waterbottle
