Farm School 2025!
Event description
When schools are closed, the farm is in session!
March 31st: Getting Started in the Garden
Students will learn the basics of started their garden and will design their own garden!
May 23rd: Growing Season and Planting Seeds
Students will learn about seasonal plants, what plants grow best in New Jersey, and be able to plant seedlings!
June 10th: Edible Gardening
Students will explore edible plants and will do an herbal taste test and plant veggies!
June 20th: Native Plants and Planting Native Seeds
Students will learn all about the importance of native plants and ecosystems, as well as plant their very own native plants!
Farm School is designed for students in grades K - 5
All session runs 9am - 12pm.
