Led by Teala Stephens from Cake Equity, this practical 20-minute session will cover the essentials every early-stage founder should know about splitting equity, setting up vesting, and managing your cap table without the chaos. Think of it as your no-fluff crash course in doing equity right, so you don't end up giving away too much, too soon, or to the wrong people.
