Serena Parry

Serena's mission is to make a difference to the lives of one million Australians. Before she discovered Ayurveda, Serena suffered from a myriad of health issues including debilitating anxiety and depression, IBS, reflux, eczema and chronic allergies, getting to the point where her body started to shut down and she ended up in hospital and almost died.

She tried everything to feel better and get off my prescription medications – diets, supplements, specialists, and tests. Some things made her feel better temporarily, some things didn’t help at all and others actually made her worse. She spent tens of thousands of dollars trying to find answers and got nowhere.

It wasn’t until she found a holistic health system when she attended a workshop at the Chopra Centre in California that her life completely changed. In just six short months of studying Ayurveda and implementing the principles into her life, she was able to rid herself of ALL her chronic health issues and was off the prescription medication doctors said she would be on for the rest of her life.

The World Health Organisation lists Ayurveda as, “The most ancient, scientific, holistic and complete system of healthcare in the world.”

More than just a system of treating an illness, it offers a body of wisdom designed to help people stay vital while realising their full human potential. Providing guidelines on ideal daily and seasonal routines, diet, behaviour and the proper use of our senses, this unique system reminds us that health is the balanced and dynamic integration between our environment, body, mind and emotions.

Since then Serena has studied personally with Deepak Chopra and is one of his only certified instructors in Australia. In doing so, she has been able to support many people all over the world to increase their energy, improve their sleep, improve their digestion, feel happier and healthier and more importantly in control of their own health.
