Do you want to feel ALIVE again?

Our work is never done, but if there’s ever been a time to slow down and unwind, this is it.

We know what it’s like to be so busy that you feel like you can’t slow down. But busyness can be a prelude to burnout. Whether it’s a demanding work schedule or looming deadlines, the sheer magnitude of everything we need to do can sometimes feel overwhelming. The result? We feel exhausted. Our inaction then increases our anxiety, perpetuating the feeling of being constantly overwhelmed. We have nothing left to give, but we feel guilty stopping.

Our research into the state of mental wellbeing in the communication profession, highlighted the fact that almost half of communication professionals have considered leaving our profession because of their mental wellbeing. It's definitely time for us to relax, refresh and rejuvenate.

That's why the Centre for Strategic Communication Excellence has joined forces with health and wellness warrior Serena Parry, founder of Ayurvedic Alchemy, and one of Australia’s only Deepak Chopra certified Ayurvedic instructors, to design a luxury wellness retreat with deep nourishment, specifically for business leaders, to provide an energy reset to leave you feeling ALIVE again, and ready to shine like the super star you are.

We're headed to the spectacular Sky High Mount Franklin Luxury Spa Country Retreat in Victoria from 7-10 July 2023.

This immersive healing experience is for business leaders who:

Are feeling lost or lack clarity or motivation in their life and their purpose and want to follow a new path of health and wellness.
Don't feel like themselves but want to get their “mojo” back.
Want to change their life to become healthier, have more energy and remove toxins that are causing them unnecessary stress and worry.
Want to be free from chronic stress and anxiety.
Realise that now is the time to take care of themselves instead of spending all their time taking care of everybody else.
Want to learn how their body can self-heal and prevent many common illnesses.
Are ready to take a break from their fast-paced life and spend some time slowing down and refocusing on themselves.
Want to give themselves permission to relax, so that they can expand their mind, and look at their professional life from the sidelines, instead of being right in the middle of the whirlwind of their work.

Join us if you want to re-align, re-connect, and fully embody the person you truly are.

It's time to feel ALIVE again.

Serena Parry

Serena's mission is to make a difference to the lives of one million Australians. Before she discovered Ayurveda, Serena suffered from a myriad of health issues including debilitating anxiety and depression, IBS, reflux, eczema and chronic allergies, getting to the point where her body started to shut down and she ended up in hospital and almost died.

She tried everything to feel better and get off my prescription medications – diets, supplements, specialists, and tests. Some things made her feel better temporarily, some things didn’t help at all and others actually made her worse. She spent tens of thousands of dollars trying to find answers and got nowhere.

It wasn’t until she found a holistic health system when she attended a workshop at the Chopra Centre in California that her life completely changed. In just six short months of studying Ayurveda and implementing the principles into her life, she was able to rid herself of ALL her chronic health issues and was off the prescription medication doctors said she would be on for the rest of her life.

The World Health Organisation lists Ayurveda as, “The most ancient, scientific, holistic and complete system of healthcare in the world.”

More than just a system of treating an illness, it offers a body of wisdom designed to help people stay vital while realising their full human potential. Providing guidelines on ideal daily and seasonal routines, diet, behaviour and the proper use of our senses, this unique system reminds us that health is the balanced and dynamic integration between our environment, body, mind and emotions.

Since then Serena has studied personally with Deepak Chopra and is one of his only certified instructors in Australia. In doing so, she has been able to support many people all over the world to increase their energy, improve their sleep, improve their digestion, feel happier and healthier and more importantly in control of their own health.
