Join us for honest chat about peri-menopause with women with similar experiences to you.
Mairi will run a body work session for strength, followed by an icebath. If icebath is not your thing, we will arrange for a facial-style experience instead.
Included is a healthy snack and tips about fueling your body during mid-life.
All this on the deck at Jo's place overlooking the lake and probably a few horses. We look forward to being with you. The event is limited to a maximum of 10 people to keep things intimate.
What to bring - yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing - something you would do yoga in. Bring your swimmers and a towel for ice bath (or swim in the pool).
