    Event description

Influenced by nature, Flow~Cook~Connect is a seasonal yoga lifestyle workshop that offers practical and effective flow and food experiences to improve wellbeing and enrich lives. The workshop is suitable for beginners and is facilitated by Canberra based yoga teacher and freestyle cook, Tracey Murray.

Summer yoga and food practices are light, clear and uplifting to support mood, health and vitality. The new year brings intention to our mind and we’ll explore that as we open ourselves to our infinite potential.

As a small group, we'll start at the source and move through a sensory experience. We’ll journey inward through yoga practices and engage externally through thoughtful creativity, colourful nourishment, energetic insight and social connection.

Meet at 7:45am at Capital Region Farmers Market northern entrance sign:

    • Meet, greet and connect
    • Intentional market visit to source seasonal produce

    At Mandala Studio in Lyneham:

This yoga lifestyle session will be a nurturing, valuable, enjoyable and insightful mental and physical health experience from start to finish. You'll be guided to cultivate and balance your natural energies, inspired to create nutritious and delicious food and educated to help inform your choices.

Flow~Cook~Connect intends to help you feel good and more connected, enable your health and wellness goals and enrich your life.

Tracey's home-grown produce and natural tea infusions will be provided as well as other goodies. Come as you are and dress comfortably. What to bring will be on your confirmation email. Bookings essential.
