Join us for another Flow Institute Social Day!

Spend some time in nature, connect, and chat with your Flow Institute Community. We’re excited to bring everyone together outside of the breathwork space to go for a hike, enjoy the beautiful country with live on, soak in the amazing view.

Hike at your own pace, we are here to enjoy the experience not race to the top (unless you want to!)

When: 8 AM 13th April

Where: Mount Ngungun Summit Track

Exchange: FREE

We’ll hike to the top, enjoy some snacks and coffee/tea, and then hike back down. Connect with beautiful nature, bring your friends, or make new ones along the way.

Details:

Distance: 2.8 km return

Duration: Approx. 1-1.5 hours (including a break at the top)

No hiking experience required!

Water

Hat

Suitable shoes

Everyone is welcome—just remember, no puppies as it's a National Park.
