Bring some friends for a smorgasboard of contemplative delights, from movement and mediation to rock balancing and painting, divination cards, essential oil diffuser necklaces, and more, depending on the mood and the weather. Many days during the winter, we can still get out and get some rays, enjoy mother nature's crisp and crunchy time.... Weather permitting outdoor flows can be arranged. But when the weather outside is frightful... you can still get out of the house and away from the TV, and find yourself enjoying company as you open to your muse.

This alternative to bars, movies and restaurants harkens to a slower time when we would to gather together indoors to quilt or bead or knit, while talking and catching up with the news. You can do many on your own activities, or ask Darlene about things like Breathwork, or transformational movement. This will be offered during the winter as well, but you can include it for your private group event. Great for an office getaway. I will also offer an open house on various Sunday afternoons.

When you arrive Darlene will show you the many options and you can also see most of them on the video below. Let Darlene know what you are interested in and what appeals to you and ask for instructions for soul cards or bird watching. Let her know if you want some guided movement explorations and music in the back ground. Yogi tea will be available and some healthy snacks. Come to explore and discover what helps you let down into a timeless moment of just being. Our systems deeply need this pleasure and peace. The contemplative arts are made especially for this and there are all different kinds. Winter is the perfect time for this type of activity. Spend as much time as you can and check out the overnight hybernaculum coming up in January.
