Connect with a wonderful  farmer: Jeff Whittaker on the stories of running a local goat dairy, @shadygrovedairy.

Discover the joy of connection to where are food is grown- the love and care that goes into producing nourishing food, why its important we support local farmers, practical tips & resources on how to support local farmers.  

And taste a lovely local light meal.
