Event description

Join INFTA-certified Forest Therapy Guide, Cerae Mitchell, for a unique 3-hour Forest Therapy experience designed to help you slow down, tune into your senses, and connect deeply with nature.

During this gentle, slow-paced walk, you’ll be guided through a series of activities that invite you to be present, relax your mind and body, and fully experience the therapeutic benefits of nature. With pauses to reflect, moments of quietude, and opportunities to share as a group, this is a chance to find calm, clarity, and connection in a beautiful natural setting.

What is Forest Therapy?
Originating in Japan as Shinrin-yoku or "forest bathing," Forest Therapy is a research-backed practice that promotes mental and physical well-being by immersing yourself in the natural world. Studies have shown it can help reduce stress, improve mood, boost immunity, and enhance focus and creativity. Whether you're looking to de-stress, feel more grounded, or simply enjoy a deeper connection with nature, Forest Therapy is a gentle and nurturing practice for all.
