Event description

Cunnos' Pub x Bayside Finance & Property: First Home Buyers Night

We’ve teamed up with Bayside Finance and Property to bring you a laid-back, no-pressure workshop right here at Cunnos’ Pub -designed for anyone curious about buying their first home.Let’s be real, many people think owning a home is out of reach. Maybe you feel like it’s too late, you’ll never save enough, or you simply don’t know where to start. That’s exactly why we’re hosting this event.

Alan Heenan, founder of Bayside Finance and Property, is a country bloke who’s helped everyday Aussiesβ€”tradies, single mums, shift workers, and moreβ€”take the leap into home ownership. His a country boy, born and raised and he’s travelling around rural and regional communities just like ours to make sure the people often left behind get real, honest advice.

There’s no sales pitch here. Alan’s all about practical steps, real-life examples, and clear answers. You’ll take part in hands-on activities that suit your situation, and walk away with actual steps you can use without needing a huge deposit or a finance degree. And because we’re at Cunnos', we’ll have some of our favourite pub nibbles and if you've got kids, bring them along!Β This is a family friendly local event.

After you register, someone from the team will give you a quick call not to sell you anything, but to say g’day, check if you need anything to feel comfortable, and hear what you’re hoping to get out of the session.

A bit about Alan:
Alan grew up in the country, raised by a single mum, and even spent part of his childhood living in a prison (yep, really). That experience shaped himβ€”and it’s why he’s passionate about giving others a fair go. With over 20 years in the finance and property game, he’s helped hundreds of people get into their first homes, and he’s bringing that same energy and know-how to our community.
