Kabbalah & Breathwork – A Journey Within

Join us for a unique evening where ancient wisdom meets the living breath.
We’ll gather in a gentle, heart-centered space — both in person and online — to explore how the Tree of Life, the Sefirot, and sacred breath practices can guide us toward balance, clarity, and inner connection.

Whether you’re completely new to Kabbalah or have been studying for years, you’ll find this session accessible, experiential, and deeply nourishing. Together, we’ll explore how each breath can become a prayer, a doorway, and a bridge between the spiritual and the everyday.

We'll be sharing teachings, guided practices, and space for your own reflection, so you can take what resonates into your daily life.

Breathwork trainer and educator with the Australian Breathwork Association, specialising in trauma recovery. Gilad facilitates breathwork in the Trauma Recovery Unit at Northwest Private Hospital, blending mindfulness, spirituality, and life coaching in his teachings.

•⁠ ⁠Rabbi Yochanan Gordon

Chief Rabbi of Tasmania and teacher of Chabad. A deeply wise and compassionate guide, Rabbi Gordon brings the heart of Hasidut to life in accessible and practical ways.

- The session will be also open to join online and will be recorded (only Gilad), Parts of it may be uploaded online (participants wont be seen or heard in the recording).

Who does it fit?

You are welcome to join this session regardless your faith and religion.

As in this technique the Breather (participant) can choose how "deep" they would like to go, it fits almost everyone who wishes to explore their inner and spiritual world and is willing to step out of their comfort zone. This setting does NOT fit people with epilepsy, asthma, pregnant women or people who should avoid cardio activity. If you have one of the above please discuss with us before registering.

What to bring?

A yoga mat, warm blanket, comfortable clothing, water bottle and notebook and a pen.
